Commissions are accepted wholly at my discretion.

Whilst I aim to deliver within our agreed timeframe, occasionally they may be impacted by a few days due to real-life factors. Unless it is an unexpected emergency I will always attempt to communicate in advance about any delays.

Payment is sent when the final video is delivered, with the price being agreed upon before I begin editing. I'm always happy to send a rendered draft of the video if you want to check on the progress!

Minor edits and tweaks to videos are included in the commission, I will communicate clearly if any requested edits or tweaks require extra payment.

While crediting me isn't mandatory, I ask that you please do so in any video descriptions if able. By commissioning me you give me permission to use a video within my Portfolio.

I don't offer refunds. However, I will always try to make sure you receive a video to your liking.
